The Simpson Desert is an amazing place. At times you can feel like you’re the only person in the world. During daylight you can go for hours and not see any wildlife other than the occasional bird of prey flying overhead.  As night falls you soon realise why the desert is such a delicate ecosystem. All types of wildlife come out to play. I photographed these amazing small prints just after sunrise.
