A very close friend of mine noticed this amazing forked Gum while she accompanied me on a shoot in the heart of the Kuranda Rainforest. Knowing that very special lighting would make or break this image I chose to return on the full moon and use the moon’s soft lighting to enhance the form of this spectacular gum.
