If for any reason we are unable to fill the order or the goods are not available we undertake to notify the purchaser by email within working days 2 days of receipt of the order.

Export Restrictions

Subject to changing world economic conditions and Australian export laws, we do not exclude export to any countries or jurisdictions anywhere in the world. Gallery M (Aust) Pty Ltd reserve the right to reject any order if we deem the purchaser’s location too difficult to ship to.

Shipping Practice & Delivery Policy

Subject to commercial considerations Gallery M (Aust) Pty undertake to dispatch all orders within working 21 days of receipt of the order.  Subject to prevailing conditions delivery is normally completed within working 14 days from dispatch. We address the packaged art to the address supplied by the customer. Orders are insured except in cases where for specific destinations the carrier excludes the insurance option.

Duties & Taxes

Any duties, taxes or import charges incurred at the point of entry to the customer’s country or jurisdiction are the responsibility of the customer and to be paid by the customer.
